Why yes, you did read that correctly!  It is in fact a SKORT!  The shorts do not stretch.  Metallic silver elastic waistband, midi length.  This would look great with fun heels for date night, cute tennis shoes for running around throughout the date, cowboy boots for a country concert, or army boots for a more rugged look.  Lining only where shorts are.  Sizing recommendations:

Small: 0-2

Medium: 2-4 (up to size 6 if you do not have curves)
